Regatta Rooms are located in a modern refurbished house in the centre of Hamble and convenient for local Marinas. The house is tastefully decorated and suitable for all types of sailors and guests.

It is ideal at weekends and Regattas for racing crews who want to keep the weight off the boat and have a hot shower, hence brilliant for the Winter & Spring series. However the accommodation is also smart enough to cater for guests of Corporate Regattas hosted by the local yacht clubs. Likewise boat owners or professional sailors and sailing students who need to stay ashore.

The house is usually a skippered house with the relaxed lady owner, in situ. She is a qualified sailor, who owned a small racing yacht, has worked in several shore based Leisure Marine roles & on larger yachts, and has run crew houses at Regattas and abroad. She understands the needs of all types of sailors without being intrusive. She has her own ‘den’, and is used to drying wet things and sailors or corporate guests coming in late!
