Hamble Week was a great success this year. Fine weather boosted attendance numbers with a high turnout for all events.

The annual tug-o-war contest drew a large crowd with four teams entering the fray, BP of Hamble, The Harrier, Men of Hamble Challengers and the reigning champions, The Victory Inn. Superior technique and Victory dutch courage downed before the contest saw The Victory Inn retain their hold on the Challenge Cup - at least for this year!
