We are a bit sneaky at Hamble Hounds….. we let our dogs think they are having fun and all the time we are training them to be good, responsive chaps who will do as they are asked, no matter what’s going on around them!!

Motivation And Determination “MAD” (sorry, couldn’t resist) are our key words. There is never any harsh treatment; far more effective to convince the dog that doing the right thing is the best idea ever. It takes some thinking about, as the motivators will vary in different situations and for different dogs, and it certainly takes some hard work, lots of practice and commitment… but it is EFFECTIVE!

We have many different classes, from baby 8 week old puppy training and socialisation to various indoor and outdoor classes for very active to less active dogs and humans……
